  • Welcome and Happy New Year.
  • Recap of Dec events.

  • Middle States Accreditation- Thank you to the parents that helped in any way. The visit was very successful.
  • Teacher Gift Collection. Letters and return envelopes were distributed to every child/parent in the school so that they had an option to donate or give their own gift to the teacher. Thank you to all the volunteers that helped sort, count, and distribute the gifts.

  • Decorated the school for Christmas. Thank you to all the volunteers.
  • Raffle of the Year-The drawing was postponed so we are still in with a chance to win.

  • Scheduling of H.S.A Meetings.
  • Teachers Holiday Lunch.

Mr. Fruner, the faculty and office staffs were treated to a holiday brunch in the AV room. The luncheon was held on Friday, Dec 18th during the three lunch periods so that all the teachers, aides and staff could come and enjoy. The lunch consisted of treats from La Nueva, Canelle, and Letys Bakery and the teachers were also given a Christmas ornament. This was Home Schools Christmas gift to the teachers. We would like to give a very special thanks to Gloria Pierrot for making everything so beautiful.

  • January will have two pizza lunches on Jan 15th and Jan 29th.Please sign up on the website if you can volunteer for the pizza lunches, both dates are posted.
  • Volunteers are needed for Open House during Catholic Schools Week which begins Sunday, January 31st after the 10.30am Mass. Please sign up on the website if you are available to help.

  • Last year we had the Mother/Daughter Tea Party Feb 7th 2009.This year we have decided that the Mother/Daughter Tea Party would be more suited to sometime in May. This way we can tie in with Mothers Day and also, it will give our young ladies a chance to show off their finery. Stay posted, more information to follow.

  • Also last year our ever-popular Penance Breakfast for second grade was held on Wednesday, February 11th 2009. This year Mr Fruner has scheduled the Penance Breakfast for Wednesday, March 3rd. We can discuss arrangements closer to the date.
